Hanging Method:
1.Confirm that the route for the air-cooled chiller to be delivered to the installation location allows the unit packaging box to pass safely. The packaging box can be removed when the unit is delivered to the installation location.
2.The tilt of the unit during the handling process should not be greater than 15 degrees to prevent the unit from tipping over.
3.When using hoisting, please use 4 wire slings longer than 8M for hoisting. When hoisting, use the special hoisting holes (hooks) on the base of the unit and pad blocks at the contact between the shell and the slings to prevent damage to the shell. The strength that the lifting cable can bear ≧3 times weight of the unit, check and ensure that the lifting hook is fastened to the unit, and the lifting angle ɑ should be greater than 60 degrees.
Note: Do not stand under the unit when lifting. Add cloth or cardboard between the unit and the steel cables to prevent damage to the unit.
