III. the design ideas:
The foundry group mainly provides precision machines and parts processing and casting for various countries, so the workshop has high requirements for the ambient temperature and the parts processing

The pig farm was founded in 2020. Each greenhouse covers an area of about 800 square meters, with three in total. The company has established a production management system integrating breeding, production, and disease prevention and control of breeding pigs; With Large-scale management, refined operation, standardized production, and data management, the breeding pig production performance has reached an advanced level at present.

According to the size of piglets in pig farms, different heating temperatures should be set, and different temperatures should be provided by season, time, and region. Before piglets enter the pigsty, the indoor temperature should be kept at 26℃, and the temperature should be lowered every 10-15 days according to the size of the piglets.

In this scheme, the heat source part adopts an air source heat pump for heating, with a low temperature of -30℃ for heating and a high temperature of 55℃ for effluent; The reasonable heater at the end of the new-style piggery backup shed, new-style nursery shed and new-style delivery shed matches the special heater for breeding, providing a suitable living environment for piglets.

VI. Calculation of cooling and heating load

For the selection of ultra-low temperature air source heat pump, according to the Design Manual of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, the heating heat load consists of the basic heat consumption of the outer envelope and the inner envelope, its additional heat consumption, and the cold air infiltration heat consumption, and the design unit heat load index is 180W/㎡ according to the outdoor temperature parameters of Hebei.

  1. Determination of heat load;
                Q=2400×180=432kw
    According to the characteristics of buildings and climatic conditions, the output heat of ultra-low temperature air source heat pump for heating under the average minimum temperature of -7℃ should be ≥432kw to meet the use requirements.

Seven. Analysis of Operating Expenses
Forecast the heating energy consumption and calculate the total power consumption.

According to the daily heating operation of 6 hours and the heating season of 120 days, the electricity price of 0.8 yuan/kWh is equivalent to the operating cost per square meter (the whole heating season), and the indoor temperature reaches 26℃ 2℃.

The following predicted energy consumption does not include the operating energy consumption of the circulating water pump.
