1. Sheet Metal Shell: We make the sheet metal shell from flower-free, oil-free hot galvanized sheet, ensuring it is clean and durable.

2. Sheet Metal Processing Technology: We use the drawing process for the sheet metal copper tube perforation on both sides of the condenser. This protects the copper tube from scratches. We also add drawing technology during header installation to strengthen the sheet metal and prevent pipe damage.

3. Condenser Material: We use hydrophilic aluminum foil and pure copper tube for the general open-mounted fan coil, aligning with first-line brands.

4.Condenser Processing Technology:

• Aluminum Foil: We use an automatic fin grinder with a fin spacing of 1.2mm.
• Copper Pipe: Our automatic pipe bending machine ensures the stability of the copper pipe wall thickness.

5.Fan and Motor:

• Motor: We select the Jiangsu Liwen motor with thickened shock absorption on both sides for smooth operation.
• Fan: We use a galvanized volute for strong corrosion resistance and high stability.
• Panel: We reinforce the motor plate to increase sheet metal strength. We add longitudinal reinforcement at the bending place and around the motor mounting hole, greatly improving motor stability.

6.Inlet and Outlet:

• Air Outlet: We make the air outlet from ABS material, which looks beautiful and prevents wind and condensation during refrigeration.
• Fan Coil Inlet Air Filter: We fix the inlet air filter with a rotary buckle, making it easy to disassemble for cleaning.

Working Regulation

The general open-mounted fan coil cools or heats indoor air or outdoor mixed air, adjusting the indoor air temperature to meet people’s comfort requirements. The equipment room supplies the cold (hot) medium water in the coil centrally.
