5. I will show you the material selection, production, and processing technology of the three main components of the heat exchanger, as well as their influence on the whole product.
6. First heat exchanger fins. The heat exchanger fins are made of hydrophilic aluminum foil.
6.1 Hydrophilic aluminum foil processing technology:
On the basis of ordinary aluminum foil, the aluminum foil is treated with a special process, and a layer of blue substance is coated on the surface of the ordinary aluminum foil, and this layer of blue substance is the hydrophilic layer. This aluminum foil with a blue hydrophilic layer is called a hydrophilic aluminum foil.
6.2 Aluminum foil technical treatment: double bridge window
The double-bridge opening can divide the air volume into multiple small airflows, increase the contact area between the air volume and the fins, and quickly reduce or increase the temperature of the wind. The cold or heat of the heat exchanger is transmitted to the room through the wind.
6.3 Fin installation process:
The heat exchanger fin spacing is 1.25mm, and the thickness of each fin is 0.105mm. Each fin adopts the automatic fin die stamping production technology, which has higher precision and a better matching effect with copper tubes.
6.4 The aluminum foil treated with a hydrophilic layer has more advantages than ordinary aluminum foil:
6.4.1. When the fan coil unit is working, the water droplets produced are not easy to adhere to the surface of the hydrophilic aluminum foil, which enhances the anti-corrosion ability of the heat exchanger, prevents mildew, and has no peculiar smell.
6.4.2. No water droplets on the aluminum foil will not cause blockage between the fins of the heat exchanger, which is beneficial to the heat exchange of the heat exchanger and improves the heat exchange rate by 5%;
6.4.3. The ultra-thin fan coil heat exchanger of this material and structure has better stamping resistance, heat resistance, and longer service life;
6.4.4. During heat exchange, the airflow resistance is smaller, and the heat exchange rate can generally be increased by 10%-15%.
7. Material selection and processing technology of heat exchanger copper tubes:
7.1 The copper tube supplier of the heat exchanger has had a stable cooperative relationship with our company for more than ten years.
7.2 The copper tube is made of pure red copper material, the thickness of the copper tube is 0.28mm, the outer diameter of the copper tube is 7mm, and the inner diameter of the copper tube is 6.44mm.
7.3 Copper pipe bending process:
The whole shaft of the red copper tube is purchased from the factory. 7.4 Copper tube expansion process:
After the copper pipe bending process is processed, it is cut into copper pipes of equal size. Place hydrophilic aluminum foil equidistantly on the copper tube. The hydrophilic aluminum foil flanging is embedded in another hydrophilic aluminum foil to ensure that each fin is embedded in each other, and the flanging position is in close contact with the outer surface of the copper tube so that all the fins and the copper tube are integrated.
7.5 The diameter of the expansion head of the pipe expander is 6.79mm, and the expansion head is connected with the expansion rod. The pipe expander controls the operation of the expansion rod and the expansion head to realize the copper pipe expansion process.
Expansion head: hard alloy, need to be replaced after a service life of 25000-30000 times;
Expansion rod: Alloy mandrel, it needs to be replaced after the service life is 8000-10000 times
The service life of the expansion head and expansion rod needs to be strictly controlled to ensure the smooth progress of the heat exchanger expansion process and the same quality of mass production of fan-coil heat exchangers.
