Mainly include maintenance, cleaning (descaling, sterilization, algae removal of the fan-coil surface cooler), maintenance of the fan-coil and air inlet and outlet. The specific cleaning process is as follows:
1. Cleaning, sterilization and disinfection of the air return filter
2. Sterilization and disinfection of air supply system.
3. The fan-coil surface cooler is cleaned, descaled and sterilized with a special central air-conditioning cleaning agent. Keep ventilation smooth.
4. Clean the dust of the coil fan impeller, volute and motor, and add oil to the motor shaft.
5. Docking the water tray and filter to remove sludge and debris, clean it, and keep the water flowing smoothly
6. Clean and hygienic of the air grille.
7. Check that the water pipes are connected firmly.
8. Check whether the insulation is good
9. Check if the valve is leaking
10. Do not install fluorescent lamp facilities under the fan coil
The plan of clean the fan coil unit
1. Remove the baffle of the return air inlet and the dust filter, and flush the filter with a high-pressure water gun to make the filter not stained with mud and dust.
2. Correctly disassemble the fan roller and its impeller in front of the fan.
3. Check whether the fan motor, capacitor, etc. are burnt out. If they are normal, clean the impeller and roller shell with a brush.
4. Use SDP-01 fin water, which is non-corrosive to aluminum fins, but can remove dust and dirt. Use a high-pressure cleaner to spray the fin water on the aluminum fins, let it act for 5 minutes, and then rinse the fins with the washing machine sheet.
5. After the aluminum fins are cleaned (see 2-3 rows of small copper tubes in the fins), install the fan motor and impeller in front of the fan coil to make them completely restored.
6. Clean the condensed water tray, and add three sterilizing and algae-killing tablets.
7. Install the cleaned dust screen and baffle back to the original position.
8. Remove the Y-type filter of the fan coil for cleaning.
Under normal circumstances, we only need to clean the fan coil unit in a targeted manner, such as parts that are prone to dust and water accumulation.
