This project type is the heating and cooling project of Beijing Shunyi District office building, with a building area of 800㎡. According to the practice, KDGD air energy group is used to realize the cold and heat source of office building, and fan coil unit is used as the cold and warm terminal.
In the design, according to the characteristics and advantages of air energy units, the heat load required by the units should be considered from the aspect of heating, and then the cooling load required from the aspect of refrigeration. In the hot area of Leng Xia in winter, the cooling load is often greater than the heating load for buildings, so the number of units needed in summer is greater than that used for heating in winter.
In terms of heating, according to the characteristics of office buildings, the working hours are regular, and the operation modes of regular start and regular shut-down can be adopted. A few hours before the start of work, the unit is started by the timing function, and then the room is heated and cooled, so as to reach a specific temperature when going to work and provide a comfortable environment. In the evening, before leaving work, shut down the machine and use the waste heat in the pipeline to keep the room in a certain temperature range. This mode of operation will reduce the running time of the machine, thus reducing the running cost.
Project content: design, supply, transportation, loading and unloading, construction and installation, operation and commissioning, acceptance, maintenance, warranty, personnel training and other related services of the heating and refrigeration system of air source heat pump units.
Heating temperature is 20±2℃ indoors in winter, 24±2℃ in summer, and hot water is adjustable at 30-55. The designer can meet the requirements of purchasing hot water for heating in winter and cooling in summer by field investigation in advance and fully considering the local climate. Configure KDGD air source pump（heating and cooling） unit as the cold and heat source equipment of this project; In order to ensure the applicability of the heating and cooling system design, a series of design and configuration schemes are compared and recommended for the heating system of the building, and finally the type of “air source heat pump+energy storage tank+fan coil” is adopted. The system design of this project started in November 2016, and was completed and debugged in mid-December, and it has been running normally up to now. The whole system has been running in a state of energy saving and high efficiency, and the indoor temperature has reached the technical index agreed in the contract. Operation cost is far lower than that of central heating.
