Beijing Fund Town is located in Fangshan District of Beijing, with a total area of 18 square kilometers. This town has been listed in the 13th Five-Year Plan of Beijing, which is a key project for Beijing to promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Ultra-low temperature air-source heat pump is used in Beijing Fund Town, which integrates many patented technologies. After on-the-spot investigation and careful layout, the professional and technical personnel of air source heat pump finally determined that the project adopts 20 heat pump units (40 machines), with a heating area of 32,000 ㎡, and the system stability of the project is high, which has been running smoothly for 2 months.
Ultra-low temperature air source heat pump is used in the temperature range of -25℃~45℃, and adopts the special compressor of American valley wheel ZW-KS heat pump, which has a long service life. Self-developed high-efficiency defrosting system, with COP as high as 2.0 at -20℃, has applied for national and international invention patents. Won the honorary certificate of “National Key New Product” jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. The system adopts intelligent terminal control system, which runs intelligently, is stable and safe, can save about 40% of energy consumption, and fully meets the heating requirements of safety, stability, energy conservation and environmental protection.
